Job summary

Circana is hiring a part-time Retail Scan Associate to conduct in-store data collection at local retailers, scanning barcodes and reporting product quantities. The role offers flexible hours and ongoing opportunities for 52 weeks, across grocery, drug, convenience, and other retailers.

You'll be on your feet for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and travel to assigned stores. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Scan barcodes using a downloadable app and provide quantity for about 45% of products scanned.
• Complete Display Scanning across the entire store weekly, sometimes taking several hours.
• Support clients with detailed product information for Custom Projects, 30 minutes to 2 hours per week per store.
