Buckle is hiring a Sales Teammate in Tupelo, MS. This part-time, on-site role focuses on delivering a legendary guest experience through sales, merchandising, and routine store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, and handling checkout procedures. Training provided; all promotions and policies must be upheld, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Assist guests with questions and merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of store promotions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate items based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs and create a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to the team.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Meet personal sales metrics and contribute to store goals.
• Provide service across front, floor, fitting rooms, and register areas.
• Assist Guests with trying on or fitting merchandise and provide checkout support.
• Prepare merchandise for alterations and handle returns/exchanges.
