About the Role

This Retail Sales Representative role lets you represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers’ wireless needs. You’ll work as part of a store team to achieve both personal and company goals.

Your Talents

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts, maximizing existing accounts, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business – outbound calling, community involvement, outreach, and brand promotion inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all retail functions in compliance with Wireless Vision policies.
• Help manage opening, closing, and operating the retail facility – cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits per operations control standards.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions per company policies.
• Share customer experience with the team and management.
• Maintain store appearance: front, back room, restrooms, and work area per retail store standards.
• Assist customers with service activations, changes, bill payments, billing inquiries, equipment replacements, selling accessories, and processing plan changes and upgrades.
• Build customer confidence by providing a comfortable, simple experience that meets their needs.
• Engage in service selling and right-fit the customer with the appropriate technology solution.
• Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.

Your Experience

• Minimum 6 months retail or customer‑focused experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic, positive attitude.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• High school diploma or GED completion.
• Preferred bilingual in certain locations.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours on the sales floor.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
