UNIQLO, a brand of Fast Retailing Co., is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate at our Annapolis, MD store. You will excel in customer service by listening to needs, recommending products, and delivering in-depth product information to close sales.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, maintaining store standards, and using the UNIQLO service framework. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or up to 6 months retail experience.
• Strong communication and ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist customers using UNIQLO service standards and the six standard phrases.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run.
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
