Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (Part-time) in Fairfax, VA to deliver a world-class customer experience across multiple Tailored Brands stores.

You will engage customers, learn programs quickly, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere while supporting merchandising and store tasks. Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work with colleagues to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs
• Ability to work with retail sales associates and contribute to a positive work environment

Responsibilities

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build a relationship with your customer from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and rentals.
• Continuously encourage and participate in team selling and positively impact store sales goals.
• Assist with visually merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects, as well as stock counts.
• Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale in the store.
