Job summary

UNIQLO store in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, listen to needs, and help customers find products. You will assist as cashier when needed and maintain brand standards across the sales floor.

The role offers $16.50 per hour, weekend availability, and opportunities for promotion based on performance. Benefits include options for medical/dental/vision as well as a 30% employee discount.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 6 months retail experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and math skills for discounts and percentages.
• Open availability on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual, cleanliness).
• Assist customers using UNIQLO service standards and six phrases.
• Assist with fitting rooms and act as cashier when required.
• Process shipments and stock floor merchandising.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Notify management of policy infractions and participate in projects.
