Spectrum is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to join our Maryville stores. You’ll be the face of our brand, promoting Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice to existing and new customers while delivering exceptional service.

You will grow sales through proactive engagement, learn product details, and maintain store standards. A HS diploma, cash handling skills, tech comfort, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Read, write, speak and understand English; prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
