Qualifications

• Retail experience with sales-driven responsibilities.
• Able to stand during shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Organized, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and upselling accessories.
• Perform piercings and aftercare education in a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain appealing store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips.
