Hurley Jersey Shore Retail Sales Lead is a part-time role based in Tinton Falls, NJ. You will support store management, drive sales targets, and deliver premium customer service while maintaining store standards.

You will apply training principles, develop product knowledge, handle opening/closing, assist with shipments, restocking, merchandising, and collaborate with Store Manager and partners to seize business opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail experience.
• Ability to understand direction and communicate in English.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers and management.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform duties (lift up to 10 lbs, stand for extended periods).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management to achieve sales targets and provide premium customer service.
• Build connections with customers and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Restock daily and maintain merchandising standards.
• Open and close the store and perform related duties.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and partners to plan shipments and identify opportunities.
• Support front- and back-of-house operations as needed.
