Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant in Lakeland, FL. You’ll engage customers with a consultative sales approach, drive sales of AT&T devices and services, and participate in community events and online order fulfillment.

Earn between $20,685 and $40,170 with hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. The role supports a flexible schedule from 9 am to 9 pm on weekends, with strong training and coaching provided for success.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Our Part Time Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $20,685 to $40,170 including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. There is a lot to be excited about around here. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
