Job summary

AT&T is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Amarillo, TX. You’ll engage customers with personalized sales expertise, helping them choose from the latest devices and services.

Expect to meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions within AT&T’s full product suite, while balancing a friendly, customer-first approach. You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning.

• No sales experience? Training provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; be flexible and open to change to meet evolving customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide tools, training and coaching.

• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer's needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $24,600 and $48,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
