Topo Designs is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Ft Collins, CO. You will become an expert on our products, foster relationships with customers, and help with local events while driving store sales.

The role requires 1-3 years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Part-time positioning with a seasonal end date supports a vibrant community-focused retail team.

Job Details: Job Location: Ft Collins, CO 80524, Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly, SEASONAL PART TIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

LOCATION: Ft. Collins

STATUS: Seasonal Part-Time (10-25 hours per week); seasonal employment is anticipated to end on 1/1/2027

PAY: $17.00/hr

Experience/ Education Requirements: 1-3 years experience in retail sales

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert of Topo Designs retail store products
• Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationships
• Assist with local and in-store events
• Drive sales to meet goals and targets
• Contribute to a team built on trust and mutual respect
• Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures
• Implement merchandising strategies and directives
• Maintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brand
• Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom
• Uphold a high level of asset protection
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Mastery of store POS system, office management software, and familiarity with social media outlets and tools

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Must be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers
