Harbor Freight Tools in Cadillac, MI is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate. You will be a valued member of a high performing team, empowered to help customers and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, assisting customers, maintaining a clean, safe store, and promoting store programs. You must be 18+, able to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and willing to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for our customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
