FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Corpus Christi, TX. Earn $11.50–$14.50 per hour plus unlimited commission and enjoy benefits like earned wage access and employee discounts.

You will assist customers with sales, pawn and short-term loan services, process transactions accurately, maintain the sales floor, and support store operations with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
• Commission Information Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
