Job summary

UNTUCKit is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Jacksonville store. You will engage customers on the sales floor, help them find products, and deliver friendly service that supports achieving daily sales goals.

You will assess customer needs, offer styling recommendations, maintain a welcoming environment, and assist with merchandising, stocking and backroom tasks. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Apple products, G-suite and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Assess needs and offer personalized product and styling recommendations.
• Contribute to achieving store sales goals and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Build relationships through strong service and follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist merchandising.
• Support stocking, inventory and backroom tasks during peak times.
