Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part‑time Retail Sales Associate in Lexington, NC. You will engage customers, process sales, and promote participation in company programs while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Benefitso include limited medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, PTO up to 152 hours annually, and paid sick time up to 64 hours per year. Schedule supports early mornings to evenings within 6am–10pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
