Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Washington Township, Michigan is seeking a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

You’ll greet customers, operate the register, balance the till, restock merchandise, keep displays neat, and work with the team to support daily sales goals. Paid training and ongoing coaching help you grow your retail skills.

• Ability to bend, reach, and lift or move merchandise throughout the day
• High school diploma or currently pursuing

Preferred

• Previous retail, cashier, customer service, or thrift store experience
• Experience using a point of sale system
