Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Brighton, MI is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, process transactions, keep displays neat, and help create a welcoming shopping experience. This part-time role offers paid training on register procedures, ongoing coaching, and the chance to build retail and customer service skills while supporting the community.

You will work a 25-hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends, with an employee discount and teamwork-focused

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Location: Brighton MI Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

• Previous retail, cashier, customer service, or thrift store experience
• Experience using a point of sale system
