Sephora Hong Kong Ltd. Boston seeks an Operations Associate to support daily operations including inventory, stock replenishment, and event execution, ensuring Sephora standards.

You will assist with visual merchandising, deliver outstanding client experiences, and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting, while staying reliable, punctual and physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
