Job summary

Burdette Beckmann Inc. in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandising Representative to support merchandising projects and store resets at grocery locations.

This in-person role requires starting as early as 5:00am, Monday to Thursday, up to 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of grocery retail merchandising experience, can read planograms, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail merchandising experience in grocery stores.
• Able to read Plan-O-Grams.
• Basic computer/technology skills including email.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance at company policy limits (100/300/50) and an acceptable motor vehicle record driving record to meet conditions of the company’s hired/non-owned auto policy.
• Able to follow safety procedures and operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute shelf resets and merchandising projects according to planograms (POG’s), schematics per store directive and standards.
• Remove, relocate, and restock merchandise to support revised store layouts and category updates.
• Build, maintain, and refresh displays, endcaps, and promotional fixtures.
• Install and maintain shelf tags, signage, point-of-sale materials, and promotional displays.
• Effectively collaborate with store personnel and team members to achieve goals
• Report any issues to store personnel.
• Travel to assigned retail locations within designated territories as scheduled.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Part-Time Reset Retail Representative (Merchandiser)

Montgomery, AL

Schedule

Must be available starting at 5:00am, Monday to Thursday, up to 30 hrs. per week.

• Must have prior reset Retail Merchandising experience

As a member of a reset team, the Retail Representative is responsible for supporting merchandising projects, store resets, and planogram implementations at assigned grocery retail locations for a large, well-respected chain in the East Montgomery area.

Recipe For Success
