Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Santa Fe, NM and surrounding area. You will visit major retail stores to ensure displays are properly placed, assembled and maintained, and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Required are prior merchandising or retail experience, the ability to work independently, and access to your own vehicle. The role offers paid training, weekly pay, and PTO accrual with a potential for more hours in larger regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in assigned territory visiting stores.
• Independent worker who collaborates with a small team when needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfort with standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store visits across an assigned territory to complete projects.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each visit.
• Report back with detailed notes and photos to support program success.
• Travel within territory as needed and adhere to scheduled hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00).
