Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to bring top brands to life in stores across your community. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are presented at their best while representing hundreds of brands across multiple locations.

The role is part-time in Highland, California, requiring a smartphone with data and camera, with progress reported via app-based tasks. You’ll work independently with a flexible schedule as part of a nationwide team focused on retail

Qualifications

Smartphone with reliable data service and camera.
Minimum 18 years of age or older.
Demonstrates consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Able to move around the store, lift or stock items as needed.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately.

Responsibilities

Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor.
Keep shelves looking sharp by front-facing, organizing, and maintaining product displays.
Set up eye-catching displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials.
Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions.
Use your smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required.
Represent Premium with professionalism in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners.
