Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. You’ll work independently to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays using a handheld device, and communicate with store staff and supervisors.

You’ll support seasonal resets and installations, with two-week-notice remodels, and be part of a broader One Team network across territories. Availability on weekends and major holidays is required.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old and able to read, write and understand English.
• You must be able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• You can operate a digital handheld device to open/read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet and reliable transportation to stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays using a handheld device and communicate with store staff and supervisors.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand, extended hours, and potential holiday work as needed.
• Department resets: participate in installations and relocations of fixtures and card sections, with advance notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers across territories to support each other.
