Job summary

The Swan Food Company is hiring Merchandisers to ensure our products are readily available on store shelves and properly displayed. This role focuses on stocking, rotating, and maintaining promotional displays while delivering strong customer service in grocery environments.

You will work part-time with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork, supporting store-level execution and company standards. Mileage reimbursement and paid training are provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Access to a smartphone is required to support company technology.
• Willingness to meet pre-employment background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with coworkers.
