Hallmark is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser in the Jacksonville area. You will work in retail stores to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products while engaging with store teams and customers. This role requires flexibility for seasonal changes, resets, and potential weekend coverage.

You will receive paid training and access to voluntary benefits. The role is hybrid with a typical weekly schedule of 6–9 hours, and starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on skills

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to use a handheld device to view documents and information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a handheld device; maintain displays and communicate with the supervisor.
• Holiday support: extended hours around major holidays with potential work on holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: assist with installing fixtures, relocating cards, and remodels, often notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: part of a network of merchandisers supporting colleagues across territories.
