Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring Merchandisers to stock and rotate products in grocery stores across Graham, TX. You will set up displays, ensure shelf availability, and help promotions while delivering friendly service to store teams.

The role is part-time at $15 per hour, with a Tuesday and Saturday schedule, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and growth opportunities within the company. Must be 18+, have a valid license, and be able to lift 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required).
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment.
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers.
