Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay: $14.00 - $15.00 depending on shift and location.
• Part-Time, variable schedule during the work week.
• Weekly hours: 8 – 12 hours.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Perform service work in various retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. Key components:

• Day-to-day engagement: Restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products using a mobile device, communicating with supervisors, and interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
• Holiday support: Additional days and hours around holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including working on holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: Installing fixtures, relocating products, and resetting sections, often with two weeks' notice, possibly during evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: Supporting additional work and installation efforts as needed.

Physical Requirements

This physically demanding role requires energy and urgency. You must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks such as stooping, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate hand-held technology and access Wi-Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
