• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
• Strong communication skills and personable with CLA team, store staff and customers.

• Quality control by accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising tasks: compliance checks, on-shelf availability, displays, cut ins/resets, educate staff.
• Promote brand awareness and sales by engaging store associates and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships between clients, store associates and management in stores.
• Visit assigned stores monthly within territory; additional workload with surge projects.
• Use smart device in store to take photos and submit completion surveys.
• Seasonal demo opportunities may be available.
• Communicate with supervisor on other duties as assigned.
