Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking reliable, tech-savvy merchandisers for our gig-based projects in Tempe, AZ. You will handle resets, planogram implementation, and audits, using a smartphone to record data and submit photos live in-store.

This is project-based work, with pay set per assignment by client. Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Must have Android or iPhone with internet and be able to submit surveys and photos live.
• Able to handle data-heavy surveys and reports.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Daily access to email and reliable phone/text communication.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and move fixtures.

Position Overview:

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) seeks reliable, tech-savvy merchandisers for our gig-based positions. Our merchandisers are the backbone of our company, handling a variety of tasks from audits to planogram implementation. This is not full-time or part-time work; it's project-based gig work.

Pay Rate:

Each project has an established pay rate that varies by client and assignment.

• Complete all types of resets, from simple updates to full aisle changes.
• Read, understand, and accurately follow planograms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Comfortable with technology; must have an Android or iPhone with reliable internet access, know how to use Google Chrome and third-party apps, and be able to submit surveys and photos live while on site.
• Able to handle data-intensive and photo-heavy surveys and reports.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated, with the ability to plan ahead and complete work with urgency.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, non-expired driver’s license.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions carefully.
• Daily email access and reliable phone/text communication are required.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, reach up and down, lift and carry boxes up to 40 pounds, and move light fixtures on wheels.
