Job summary

Empire Marketing Strategies is seeking a Part-Time Retail Specialist to support Kroger scheduling in Lansing and Brighton, MI. You will merchandise displays, restock, and assist store teams to ensure we meet planograms and sales goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 1–2 years in CPG/grocery/retail. Flexible, weekday work with holidays off; you will report to the Retail Operations team and help maintain strong customer service and store execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• 1–2 years of CPG/grocery/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shelf presentation and rotate perishable items.
• Analyze product performance and report findings.
• Set up promotional displays within program guidelines.
• Provide customer support and training to store staff.
• Handle administrative duties and maintain territory files.
• Travel between work sites as required.
