Job summary

Footprint Solutions is hiring a Merchandiser for a part-time role operating across defined retail locations. You will service stores in your area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards and reporting results via a mobile app.

This position offers flexible local market scheduling, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and virtual training with ongoing support. Route typically averages 5 hours weekly, up to 10 hours in some areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
