Job summary

Neptune Retail Solutions in Marion, IA is seeking a Part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine, at-the-shelf ads, and shopping cart ads across Cedar Rapids and surrounding Iowa markets. Flexible hours and travel required.

You will work 5–30 hours per week with competitive pay, gas reimbursement, and paid training, supporting retailers and advertisers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
• Focus on quality, detail, and accuracy.
• Adaptable to clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Access to computer, internet and printer.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, including day/night driving.

• Install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine at retail locations.
• Set up and manage at-the-shelf advertisements and shopping cart ads.
• Travel within Cedar Rapids, Marion, and surrounding IA markets to cover assigned territories.
