Job summary

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser in Plymouth, MA to manage in-store merchandising, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel within local communities.

The position offers daytime hours, a predictable schedule, paid training, mileage and travel time reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is payable in two installments after 60 and 120 days of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and quick learner who can work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing/walking 3–8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs) with or without accommodations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Plymouth, MA.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Building retail displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.
