Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in local retail stores, restocking Hallmark products, optimizing displays, and maintaining inventory. You’ll collaborate with store teams and travel between assigned locations.

The role emphasizes independence, time management, and reliability, with a typical schedule of 7–10 hours per week and potential seasonal shifts. Training is provided, and benefits are available for part-time associates.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You’re able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Holiday support: extended hours around holidays and potential work on holidays.
• Department Resets: installing fixtures, relocating sections, and remodeling tasks with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in neighboring territories as needed.
