Job summary

Neptune Retail Solutions seeks a Part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine and manage in-store ads across a Bellefonte-area territory.

The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, gas reimbursement, and paid training. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Territory covers State College, Altoona, Duncansville, Philipsburg, Roaring Spring, Bellefonte and nearby towns, averaging 10–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Take initiative and work well independently.
• Strong attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.
• Demonstrate adaptability to clients, retailers, coworkers.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Access to computer, internet and printer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine in stores.
• Manage at-shelf advertisements and shopping cart ads.
• Travel within the Territory: State College, Altoona, Duncansville, Philipsburg, Roaring Spring, Bellefonte, Holidaysburg, and Houtzdale, PA.
• Represent Neptune in a professional manner and provide reliable support to retailers.
• Coordinate schedules to cover approximately 10–20 hours per week.
