Jacent is the leading cross-merchandising impulse product company in North America, seeking a Merchandiser for Reading-area stores. You will place products, build displays, and work with store personnel to create compelling in-store experiences.

The role offers daytime hours with a flexible schedule, plus mileage and travel time paid between stores and cell phone reimbursement. 10–20 hours per week with paid training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical requirements (standing 3–8 hrs, lift up to 50 lbs).
• Resides within 20 miles of Reading, PA.
• Comfortable in changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Building retail displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.
