Newell Brands is seeking a Yankee Candle 2nd Assistant Retail Manager in Hamilton, NJ. The role supports the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team in a fragrance-rich environment.

The position requires a retail management background, strong leadership, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Base pay ranges in New Jersey and is commensurate with experience, with on-site responsibilities in the store.

Formación

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
