You will oversee inventory, promotions, and daily operations, while staying on-trend with fashion and social media. Prior leadership and retail experience preferred; piercing training provided. Roles involve some lifting and standing during shifts.

Qualifications

• You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
• You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently, contributing to smooth store operations.
• You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
• You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
• You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends, which can contribute to enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Join piercing experts through training, guide customers, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Support Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products, stay aligned with fashion trends, and suggest products to boost sales.
• Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect Claire's fun ethos.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to post Claire’s hauls on social media.
