Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences and driving revenue.
• Provide piercing services with sterile technique and educate on aftercare.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Represent Claire's products, staying updated on fashion trends to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's haul on social media.
