Maurices is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant Manager for Store 1714-Shoppes on Maine in Rochester, MN. You’ll supervise a store team and engage customers to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience, guiding the team to meet sales goals and uphold our standards of service.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience; supervisory experience is preferred. You’ll lead by example, train and direct staff, and help open/close the store in line with Maurices SOPs.
