The Swatch Group (U.S.) Inc. is seeking an empowered Retail Key Holder to deliver exceptional customer service, manage sales with a motivational compensation plan, and contribute to visual merchandising at our Spring Street store in New York.

You’ll be trained in product knowledge and sales techniques, enjoying clear career momentum in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in a lead sales role, strong communication, and teamwork, with the ability to greet customers

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Key holder or lead sales position.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner.
• Use product knowledge to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships.
