Job summary

ZWILLING is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for the Mall of America store in Bloomington, MN to lead by example, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support daily store operations. You’ll open and close, assist with replenishment and merchandising, host in-store demonstrations, and help plan events with the team while promoting premium kitchen products and the ZWILLING brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking, food, and premium kitchen products.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift leadership and act as floor lead.
• Open and close the store, including POS and asset management.
• Partner with store management to support daily operations.
• Process replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives sales and brand loyalty.
• Maintain compelling visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-store experiences.
• Assist with special events and collaborate with Events Manager.
