Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service while helping customers select safety footwear.
• Learn product lines and explain features, fit and benefits to customers.
• Process sales transactions, including cash and card payments using POS.
• Use Navision and other store systems to look up customer info and purchase history.
• Maintain clean, organized showroom displays and support merchandising.
• Support store operations, outreach and customer engagement efforts.
