You’ll stay on top of product knowledge, keep displays fresh, stock shelves, and collaborate with teammates to hit sales goals. Weekend availability is required and a positive, proactive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer like they're walking into your own backyard barbecue.
• Help shoppers find products they'll love and possibly didn’t know they needed.
• Build authentic relationships to turn first-time visitors into lifelong fans.
• Deliver service that people tell their friends about.
• Become the go-to expert on everything Chubbies and stay updated on product launches.
• Keep the store looking great: restock, replenish, and maintain displays.
• Support new product launches and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Work with the team to achieve sales goals and jump in wherever needed.
