Job summary

ThisWay Global is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor in Cranberry, PA to lead live events and product sampling at retail locations. You will drive sales, ensure brand presentation, and support management while delivering excellent customer service.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends, and receive training with opportunities for growth. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning a work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers through live events and product sampling
• Bring brands to life for consumers in a retail environment
• Provide support to management as needed
• Prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment
