Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer in Oceanside, CA 92054 and the surrounding area. You will visit major retail stores within an assigned territory to install, maintain, and troubleshoot promotional displays.

We offer a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, with potential for more hours on larger regions or travel. This role includes weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel within a 100-mile radius.
• Able to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Tech-ready: internet access and a smart device with GPS/Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the assigned territory to install displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos for each store visit.
