Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Display Installer in Fox Point, WI to complete retail display projects across an assigned territory. You will place, assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot displays for major clients and submit same-day surveys with photos.

The role offers up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Thursday 8:00am–6:00pm, with no weekends. Compensation starts at $17/hour plus higher rates for more technical projects, and includes paid training, PTO, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready: Internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand-held tools.
• Travel Ability: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of their role.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores to complete projects within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
• Travel up to 20 hours per week; availability Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm; no weekends.
