Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to cover Ithaca, NY and surrounding areas. You will visit major retail stores to set up and maintain product displays for brands such as Microsoft, Samsung and Intel, ensuring proper placement and troubleshooting as needed.

The role requires independence and teamwork in a small local team, with up to 15 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am–6:00pm, no weekends. Training is paid and travel allowances apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or retail is desirable.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Capable of working independently and with a small team when needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within an assigned NY Ithaca territory to set up and maintain product displays for clients like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose and Intel.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
