Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit designated stores each week, scan barcodes on displays and aisles, and collect data used to improve product and retailer performance.

The role features flexible hours, stands for long periods, and uses a mobile app for data capture. Training and scheduling are discussed in the interview, with ongoing weekly work across 52 weeks and occasional extra hours for special projects.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with state auto insurance.
• Able to stand for long periods, accessing products throughout the store.
• Able to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers weekly for 52 weeks a year.
• Scan barcodes across grocery, drug, and other store locations using a mobile app.
• Provide data on about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete display scanning across the entire store weekly.
• Assist with custom projects adding 1–2 hours per store when needed.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to ensure timely data delivery.
• Demonstrate dependability and quality-driven actions for client satisfaction.
