Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers weekly throughout the year. The role involves scanning barcodes using a mobile app and reporting quantities for a portion of scans.

Flexible hours and field work across multiple store types are expected. You will visit stores in the area, complete routine scanning, and may participate in special projects adding extra hours during high-demand periods.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms and legs.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a downloadable mobile app to scan barcodes throughout the store.
• Record quantities for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete Display Scanning across the entire store weekly.
• Support Custom Projects that may add 1–2 hours of work during busy weeks.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet client deadlines.
